This was one of those random thrown together recipes. Where I had a head of cabbage in the fridge staring at me. Every time I opened the refrigerator, it was just sitting there, begging for me not to let it spoil, lol. I really appreciate this recipe because I had all the ingredients on hand in my pantry/fridge. So, feel free to adjust the flavors or swap out some of the herbs/ingredients for what you have on hand.
