Easy Turk’y and Cheese Pinwheels! These make the perfect appetizer or game day snack, and also make a fantastic light lunch. They are so flavorful and creamy. These days, I do appreciate all the vegan brands that are available for us nowadays. For this recipe, I used Tofurky brand, Miyoko’s Cheese Spread (Roadhouse Cheddar), Violife Smoked Provolone, and Vegenaise (vegan mayo). All these brands made this recipe possible.
