White Pizza! Clearly, I’m still on a Béchamel sauce kick, lol. Here is another variation using this white sauce. Béchamel is perfect for a White Pizza. White Pizza/Pizza Bianca does not use a traditional tomato sauce, so this quick garlicky creamy white sauce is perfect. Load up on your veggies for this pizza with baby spinach. Instead of leaving the baby spinach whole, try a chiffonade cut instead! Roll up the baby spinach tightly and cut the spinach into long thin strips. It looks so beautiful on pizza. Enjoy!
